MyCapricorne card is now digital. Download it to your Android or Apple wallet directly from your mobile phone.

To ensure your points are credited to your account, add your membership number to your reservation.

Are your points still not credited 7 days after your flight? Submit an update request (retroactive credit only available for flights taken within the last 6 months).

Points from all household members can be grouped into a single account for even more accumulated benefits.

Give your loved ones, who are members of the program, a boost by transferring between 20,000 and 200,000 MyCapricorne points*

*Fee of €20 per online transaction and €40 at an Air Austral agency or via the Air Austral call center. Reselling points is prohibited.
